Frequently Asked Questions

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed for shipment.  The order must be shipped back and processed as a return.  

Once we have received your UNOPENED, UNUSED package, we will process your refund. A $4.00 restocking fee and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time.  We do not ship on major holidays or weekends

 We accept PayPal and US-based credits cards. such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover etc.
