Orders:

All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and information before placing the order. It is up to the discretion of June 4th Artisan Soaps to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Orders are unable to be edited once they are placed.  A  new order would have to be placed if the customer desires to change, add, or delete items from an existing order.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.  We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays. The timespan doesn’t take into consideration the time it takes to get the order delivered to the customer from the United States Postal Service (USPS). The pricing of shipping costs is regulated according to the current USPS rates. The weight and the shipping destination determines the shipping fee. The shipping method chosen does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier. June 4th Artisan Soaps is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.

June 4th Artisan Soaps is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. Customer may file a claim with USPS using the tracking number. 

Returns/Exchanges:

All Sales are Final! June 4th Artisan Soaps does not accept the return or exchange of any product.

Our products are handcrafted, therefore minor differences in color, fragrance, shape, or packaging in no way affects the integrity of the merchandise.

Should a product received prove to be substandard, the article may be eligible for replacement if reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 2 days of the delivery date.

The price of packages that are stamped to the sender (June 4th Artisan Soaps) will be refunded. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
